The apartment is on the corner of the building, so you can access the garden and swimming pools from both the double bedrooms and the large living room, you can take advantage of the beautiful veranda for sunbathing on the two square cubes with mattresses that are for your exclusive use. The garden and the swimming pools are shared.

The apartment has automated awnings and windbreaks.

The apartment is equipped with countless COMFORTS, air conditioning, a sofa bed, TV, wii-fii, a hairdryer, an iron and ironing board, a washing machine, wardrobes, a dishwasher, an electric oven and microwave, bed linen, bath, pool and beach towels, showers, big swimming pool and Jacuzzi (not heated), mattresses for sunbathing, etc... The house is suitable for families with small children, the apartment is on the ground floor without stairs.

It is possible to access the apartment from a private gate in front of the building with intercom n° 11. It shares access with 3 other apartments. Always owned by us.

It is possible to park free of charge on the street in front of the apartment.

Olbia is the nearest airport 50 minutes away.

Prices include water, gas, electricity, bed linen, bath, pool and beach towels, crockery, wii fii, and house cleaning at the end of your holiday.

On request free of charge you can ask for a cot, high chair, and a stroller for your child. The pool is open from April (Easter) to the end of October. The use of the headset is mandatory.

It is not allowed to play football in the garden and no noise can be made before 8.00 and after 22.00 and between 13.00 and 15.00, Italians love their siesta.

Umbrellas on the grass and inflatables in the pool are not permitted.

A lifeguard is on duty between 10.30 and 12.30, when there is no lifeguard, each guest has responsibility for themselves and their children.
